In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which ok500 confirms a user's identity, age, and payment ownership prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. |

Eligibility
Access to ok500 and participation in any of its products is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis. Failure to meet any condition constitutes a breach of these Terms and entitles ok500 to suspend or permanently close the Account in question.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active ok500 Account. ok500 operates a strict 21+ policy across all product verticals — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Bandar Q, and Live Dragon Tiger. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
2.2 Residency
ok500 is designed for and marketed primarily to users who are residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online wagering is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. ok500 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.
2.3 Legal Capacity
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise prohibited by law from entering contracts are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.
2.4 One Account per Person
Each individual may hold only one Account on ok500. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through third parties — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.
Age Verification Notice
ok500 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or following any transaction deemed unusual. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed. If you are under 21, you must not use this platform.
Account Registration
To access the full range of ok500 products and services, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ok500 reserves the right to verify all information provided at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID, a valid date of birth, a unique email address, a unique mobile number, and a secure password. You must not impersonate any other person or register using false particulars.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ok500 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify ok500 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. ok500 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
ok500 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before approving any withdrawal request or at any other time at our discretion. Accepted verification documents include, but are not limited to: a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. For payment method verification, you may be asked to confirm ownership of the bank account or e-wallet linked to your ok500 Account. ok500 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is fully satisfied.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure
ok500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, chargebacks initiated against ok500, failure to complete KYC, or at the request of relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Upon confirmed fraudulent activity, all Balances associated with the Account may be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ok500 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ok500 does not charge any platform-level processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ok500 bears no responsibility.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ok500 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:
- Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga
- E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
Available payment methods may change from time to time. ok500 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any changes to supported payment channels via the Platform.
4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though ok500 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to deposits above a threshold determined internally. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the ok500 Account Balance within seconds of payment confirmation by the respective provider.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible, as a fraud-prevention measure. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallet channels and within 15–60 minutes for bank transfer channels, subject to banking system availability. ok500 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
4.4 Own Funds Requirement
You warrant that all funds deposited into your ok500 Account are your own, lawfully obtained, and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. ok500 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally required.
Currency Notice
ok500 is fully denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal process. Your Balance is held and settled entirely in IDR, eliminating foreign exchange costs.
Bonuses & Promotions
ok500 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility and Claiming
Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders who satisfy the conditions specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address. ok500 reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim a Bonus at any time if there is reasonable suspicion that a user is exploiting a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be met before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward the Wagering Requirement; live casino games, Bandar Q, and Live Dragon Tiger games typically contribute at a lower rate as specified on the promotion page; sportsbook bets must meet the minimum odds stated in the promotion to contribute.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses and any associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Upon expiry of this period, any remaining Bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.
5.4 Abuse and Collusion
Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting via multiple Accounts, or coordinating wagers across Accounts to reduce risk — constitutes Prohibited Conduct. ok500 employs technical and analytical measures to detect such activity. Upon detection, ok500 reserves the right to void all bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close the Account permanently.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ok500 platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. ok500 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct not explicitly listed below nevertheless constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
- Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorized by ok500.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, malfunctions, or pricing anomalies in any game or market. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games, card games including Bandar Q, or any other multiplayer product.
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with sportsbook wagers.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that constitute the proceeds of criminal activity or that violate applicable anti-money laundering laws.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to ok500, except where genuine fraud by ok500 can be demonstrated.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing ok500 staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, deposit limits, or cooling-off periods.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Detection of Prohibited Conduct will result in one or more of the following: immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of the entire Account Balance, reversal of all associated winnings, and referral of relevant information to law enforcement or fraud prevention agencies where legally required.
Game Rules & Fairness
ok500 operates a wide portfolio of gaming products, each governed by its own specific rules published on the relevant game or product page. In all cases, the following overarching principles apply:
7.1 RNG Certification
All random number generator (RNG) based games — including slots, togel, and virtual table games — use certified RNG software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are sourced from the relevant studio's certified data and made available on request.
7.2 Live Casino and Card Games
Live casino games, including Live Dragon Tiger, are operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. These providers operate under their own regulatory frameworks. Bandar Q card games follow standard rules published on the /bandar-q product page. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the recorded video stream maintained by the studio provider constitutes the authoritative record.
7.3 Sportsbook Markets
Sportsbook odds are set and adjusted by ok500's trading team in real time. ok500 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or correct odds where a manifest error has occurred, including but not limited to erroneous odds, incorrect team or player data, or technical feed errors. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the full accumulator rules published in the sportsbook section. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap industry conventions.
7.4 System Malfunction
In the event of a platform malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an active game session or wager, ok500's system logs constitute the authoritative record of the session state. ok500 will endeavour to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Account Balance. ok500 is not liable for any claimed winnings that cannot be verified against system logs.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok500's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ok500 expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether foreseeable or not at the time of contracting:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Loss of goodwill or reputational damage.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on third-party payment providers, including delays or failures by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
- Any loss resulting from events of Force Majeure.
- Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to secure your Account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ok500.
Privacy & Data
ok500 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform operations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the ok500 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ok500, subject to ok500's legal obligations to retain certain data for AML compliance, fraud prevention, and tax purposes.
ok500 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. ok500 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Amendments to These Terms
ok500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ok500 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.
Your continued use of the ok500 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. Any pending withdrawal requests received before the effective date of amendment will be processed under the Terms in force at the time of the request.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the licensing jurisdiction under which ok500 operates.
ok500 operates under international licensing and regulation. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in their jurisdiction of residence, including Indonesian law. ok500 makes no warranty that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising between you and ok500 shall first be referred to ok500's customer support team at [email protected] for resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of referral, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
